Strangely, my car was returned to me with two very small but deep scrapes/scratches on my right front fender. I rarely drive the car, so I am certain it happened while I was getting it serviced. Worst service I have ever experienced. I will never return. Was told repair would take 1-2 days. Kept my car for 10 days. Never once called to update me. Would not answer the phone when I I will never return. Was told repair would take 1-2 days. Kept my car for 10 days. Never once called to update me. Would not answer the phone when I called to check on car. Left messages that no one returned. Had to finally go to service center on 10th to talk to a prison to find out what was going on with car. Was told they ordered a part and were waiting on it. Asked why they didn’t call to tell me. They said “I don’t know.” I asked them what was wrong with my car. He looked it up and could not tell me. I took my car and left. Went to another service center and car was fixed in one day. Very easy repair that did NOT require a part. Pretty sure they never even looked at my car. More
