The way car buying should be! I visited a few other Subaru dealerships before Brilliance Subaru. I could not wait to get out of the other dealerships! Phil respected my time and I visited a few other Subaru dealerships before Brilliance Subaru. I could not wait to get out of the other dealerships! Phil respected my time and (relative) intelligence. I told him what I wanted, and he gave me a realistic price. Not the lowest price, but realistic enough that we concluded our purchase almost immediately. The other dealerships seem to think that maximizing "face time" (read: waste my time), informal "quotes" (that fail to list specified options) and other tired old tactics still work today. If you want to be treated with respect, and deal with professionals, you really should visit Brilliance Subaru. By the way, my first experience with the Service Department was also terrific! More
