I gave the rateing that I gave because the service was excellant. I was contacted by the dealership both by email with minutes of expressing my interest in a new vehicle on line. I received a phone call fron Phil the next day with an invitation to come in a look at what they had in stock. Phil and I made a tenative appointment and I went to the the dealership around that time. Phil was with another customer when I arrived but took the to acknowledge me and offer me a seat in the waiting area. Once the other customer was taken care of he gave me hi sundivided attention. We discussed what I was interested in and my payment plan. Based on this we proceeded, went out to the lot and found exactly what I was looking for. I had a friend with me and Phil was observant enough to recognize that she had diffuculty walking. When it was time to take the test drive Iexpressed my desired to have my friend accompany me. Phil pulled the SUV up to the showroom door so that she did not have to walk all the way out to the lot. After I returned from the test drive we began to complete the purchasing paperwork. The interaction was professional and very helpful. Phil answered every question that I had and made some very helpful suggestions. Phil excorted me to the business managers office and made the introduction. He came back a couple of times to see if every thing was okay. Kipp was just as nice and helpful. We discuused options and best choice decisions for discounts, financing, road service etc. This is my 5th new ford and I believe I received the best service ever. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
