Well Mel Hambleton Ford sure beats that negative car dealership stereotype without a shadow of a doubt in my mind. I would very happily will do business at any time with MH Ford's clean cut professional staff. I saw a car I was interested in, called up and set and appointment. The car I purchased needed a few things before I took possession. However a short time later everything was perfect and the car was ready! All in a timely manner. All Response time with my salesman was quick and straightforward. This is not the first time nor the last time I will do business with Mel Hambleton Ford. More

He is a Texas fan though, if you can get over that you will have a great experience! I would recommend my other sales guys also but they have all moved up with the company. Don’t waste your time! Bought a truck from Jake Nightingale and he told us not a problem they would get the scratch fixed!!! And this is how the fixed the scratch!! I could’ve done a better job! Why bother! Looks horrible! The scratch itself looked BETTER!!! So we tried to call/text him about it ......NO ANSWER! Shocker! Was happy to answer right away before we signed the papers!!! Husband called talked Nolan! Super jerk! Told him he would never be happy!!!! What!???? All we are asking is to be done what was PROMISED!!! I could go on and on about 3 other things that happened! Crappy crappy customer service!!!!! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! More
