I came to this dealership after seeing a car at another Toyota dealership. The person I talked to at the other place was fine, but a little pushy so I thought I’d look around because I knew I’d find this c Toyota dealership. The person I talked to at the other place was fine, but a little pushy so I thought I’d look around because I knew I’d find this car elsewhere. Since my previous vehicle was dead, I was in a hurry to buy but also didn’t want to be pushed into a big decision. Gerry knew what I wanted and my time constraints, and helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted very quickly, but wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to make me get anything I didn’t need. The person who finalized the sale was also awesome and respected my budget when it came to extra protections and warantees. More

Visited for research, but left with a new truck! My wife and I visited Toyota of Braintree on a friend's recommendation to look at a used Tundra. Sam Zaidan met us at the door and, over the next 4-5 My wife and I visited Toyota of Braintree on a friend's recommendation to look at a used Tundra. Sam Zaidan met us at the door and, over the next 4-5 hours(?), he patiently helped us look at our options, and test drive a number of trucks, both used and new. Much to my surprise, we left as owners of a new Tundra. The pricing was very competitive, the service was impeccable, and the long term value was good for us. I am wary of the stereotypical car sales schtick, but Sam and the folks at Toyota of Braintree were nothing like that. I'm looking forward to my complementary service call in a few months, both to get the truck taken care of and to say hello to Sam. I plan to update this review after my service call. More
