The personalized service, recognition and just plain customer service declined drastically immediately after the purchase to the point I did not want to go there for anything I did not have to. I'd also had a bad experience at another 'large' dealer in the area. when we stopped at Bill Utter Ford, Phil immediately stopped what he was doing and introduced himself and just listened to us before suggesting anything. We were not really ready to buy and he did not pressure us. We spent some time looking, more time talking and listening to his suggestions; he vowed to research some vehicles for us on the web as they did not have anything we liked in stock. Short story long... when we got in our car to leave, both my wife and I looked at each other and said, "this is our new dealership". We have our new vehicle and the service level has not stopped.
