At wits end, thinking I would take huge hit to trade in per salesman, pre owned sales manager saved the day. He gave me several options to trade for original value. He determined my 2014 would not be sold on their lot and traded for a 2017 of like miles. Ken S. saved the day. Was 24 hrs. from launching social media campaign. But Ken took charge and made it right. Erin was A+ service rep and mechanic did everything he could to fix it. Ken redeemed the dealership. The GM followed his lead. I will continue to use Bill Utter Ford. More
