He determined my 2014 would not be sold on their lot and traded for a 2017 of like miles. Ken S. saved the day. Was 24 hrs. from launching social media campaign. But Ken took charge and made it right. Erin was A+ service rep and mechanic did everything he could to fix it. Ken redeemed the dealership. The GM followed his lead. I will continue to use Bill Utter Ford. More
