My fenders got ripped off on the streets so I took it in to get new fenders installed. Their body shop damaged the clear coat and the dealership did not want to take responsibility for it. They said the dam to get new fenders installed. Their body shop damaged the clear coat and the dealership did not want to take responsibility for it. They said the damage was already there...however they took photos of the car when I dropped it off...and somehow they cannot pull up the images. Rafael the service manager did not want to go back and forth with me and straight up told me they aren't going to cover it because they didn't do it. Kind of ironic my dash cam was also unplugged leaving a gap in footage of when they did the repair. CMO Phil, please do respond to this review trying to defend their case. More

Best dealership to do business with and Service our vehicle. I'm highly satisfied with this location.
