Every salesman on the south side of Chicago and the north suburbs of Chicago gave me the creeps and I felt like they were sleezy. Everyone at Phillips was actually very professional and patient-especially with my mom who thinks she is a professional haggler. We had a very pleasant experience and my Mom and Dad are going back for their Suburban because they felt the salesman-Philip-was so great. I recommend this dealer to everyone who is looking for fair price on a new or used (certified) vehicle. Philip even called me on my way home to check that I knew how to work my XM radio. Very satisfied-thank you. More
