Service call to new car I came into Phillips Chevy of Lansing for a service call. I was approached by a salesman Philip Derkacy, he was very friendly and knowledgeable , he I came into Phillips Chevy of Lansing for a service call. Great Dealership I was treated first class buy every employee associated with my purchase of a new Lease agreement.. My 2013 Equinox was in for service and I wanted t I was treated first class buy every employee associated with my purchase of a new Lease agreement.. My 2013 Equinox was in for service and I wanted to see what kind of deal they would allow me to upgrade in March 2016. Barth Eastman and Manager Walter Fields put together a deal I could not refuse . I upgraded that day instead of waiting till February 2016. I now have an upgraded vehicle and I now have met a Dealership with top of the line Vehicles and staff. More

This is how customer service should be!!! Philip really is one of the best sales men I've met. He takes the time and really cares about what you want. He isn't in just to sell a car.
