The sales team dropped the vehicle off and the ac wasn’t working. (After we both drove 2.5hr to meet). Also the check engine light was on for a routine maintenance issue (fuel filter). Which tells me the ve working. (After we both drove 2.5hr to meet). Also the check engine light was on for a routine maintenance issue (fuel filter). Which tells me the vehicle was never inspected. When I reached out for a solution, it took weeks to finally have my vehicle repaired. In which case I had to spend $600 on a rental vehicle. The only reason I was able to get a solution at all was because I sent the general manager an email after being given multiple excuses (over two weeks) why he could not be reached on the phone. The sales manager was extremely unprofessional and acted as if he was doing us a huge favor by repairing the $50k vehicle I just took delivery of. More
