Great service, I bought a car out of state and they helped me through every step of the process. I have spoken with other dealers and they said that they could not sell me a car without me personally c helped me through every step of the process. I have spoken with other dealers and they said that they could not sell me a car without me personally coming to the dealership because I live in MA (according to other dealers MA is a state to which they cannot ship a car, or something along those lines, a difficult jurisdiction either way), but Paul Sevag worked with me to get everything done and worked with my insurance agent and the DMV to get everything taken care of remotely. Phil has been extremely helpful and proactive so a well deserved five stars from a satisfied customer all around. More

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Paul Sevag Motors. I had recently purchased a pick up truck in July, simple transaction, straightforward. Then in Dec. my vehicle w/ 182k miles on it required Motors. I had recently purchased a pick up truck in July, simple transaction, straightforward. Then in Dec. my vehicle w/ 182k miles on it required a timing chain and all that goes w/it. The repair was going to exceed the cost of the car. Fast forward to the end of Jan. I found a car that fit my needs perfectly and was well w/in my budget. Called the brothers on a Wed, picked up the car Fri. My only request prior to purchasing the car was to drive it on the highway as that is the majority of my driving. That was honored and the deal was made then and there. Car was delivered spotlessly and in just about perfect condition. Keep in mind this car is 12 years old! 76k miles, and still tight. Very happy with the purchase. I peruse many dealers websites but when it comes time to purchase I return to Paul Sevag Motors. More
