My car buying experienc Let me start my review by saying the staff at Sevag Morors ; Philip and Paul, could not have been nicer or more professional. My car buying experience was awesome.... no pressure, amazing quality vehicles on site, and thorough detailed work on Philips behalf to have me drive home my vehicle of choice👍 If you are like me, and considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership while living out of state...just do it. I was nervous about driving 2 hours away and buying from a dealer that was not located in my home state... but trust me... Philip will cover all the bases for you and make sure he gets you the best deal. Just the beautiful clean showroom alone is worth the trip, so many exceptional vehicles detailed like new made a huge impression on my family. To sum up my honest thoughts, if you are lucky enough to discover the Gem of Paul Sevag Motors and their online website, just send them an email or give Philip a call. I found my perfect vehicle Thursday night online... and after 2 emails and a phone call... Saturday afternoon I drove it home with my family and could not be more satisfied with the experience 😊 More

Best Car Buying Experience After nearly fifty years of car buying with various degrees of friction or contentious attitudes by sales people it was a true positive experience dea After nearly fifty years of car buying with various degrees of friction or contentious attitudes by sales people it was a true positive experience dealing with everyone at Paul Sevag Motors. For this purchase I drove over 500 miles each way and would do it again. The Touareg was exactly as described in photos and in communication with Philip. From the very first email contact with Philip, through multiple telephone conversations and in-person communications the entire process of buying the car I have been searching for for years was simple, smooth and pleasurable. The professional standards and leadership are evident as Paul Sevag is clearly in charge. His years of car selling experience has no doubt been passed on to Jeffrey and Philip, both of whom are easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and very helpful. Each of the vehicles for sale at Sevag Motors is a piece of art in its own right. After purchasing the Touareg X, I asked for and was provided a complete tour of the facility and each of the vehicles for sale. I wish I had room for ten more cars, I would have taken any ten of them with me. The old school customer service attitude prevails and I would recommend Paul Sevag Motors to anyone looking for a fair transaction and enjoyable car buying experience knowing they would not be disappointed with the results More

Toyota Tacoma Pro with Pro service! I highly recommend this family owned and operated dealership for the following reasons. Every automobile they have is top notch. I mean so clean you r I highly recommend this family owned and operated dealership for the following reasons. Every automobile they have is top notch. I mean so clean you really have to check the odometer to make sure it's not new. All have been serviced, inspected, and kept in doors. Show room fresh, no lie. I inquired about my new truck which I found online, and all most instantly found myself involved with a hour and fifteen minute phone conversation with Philip. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or presured at all. He was so flexible with my complicated work schedule. After a week I finally made it to the dealership and met Philip and Paul. They valued my trade fairly, let me inspect the truck even giving me a flashlight, and took me for a real test drive. I mean on back roads and the highway. Philip answered all my new questions. They made the paperwork process very streamlined saving me time with the help of Paul. If I am ever in the need for another car or truck, I will contact them first. I highly recommend that you do to. If they don't have what you want or need, call them. If you read this guys, thank you so much for the whole experience and my new truck. More
