I emailed a website and Mr Philip Sevag replied to my interest in a BMW that captured my eye. He proceeded to answer my questions in several email exchanges and phone calls. He followed up with an answer to everything I asked. The treatment I received was meticulous. Philip was courteous, professional, and expert in his knowledge base of his inventory. Their luxury cars are impeccable. Every detail- from explaining to us the way the engine worked to filling up the tank with gas to seeing him personally waxing and shining our car to the financing to staying late- even personally taking it to the BMW dealership for a concern we had, which turned out fine, was clearly an expression of their professionalism and quality service. Mr Paul Sevag was equally wonderful. We felt absolutely comfortable and would recommend Paul Sevag Motors to everyone. It was well worth the 80 mile trip and we are returning to get my husband his truck my December. Everyone here is amazing. The inventory is also amazing. More

These guys were very knowledgeable and new every feature in the car inside and out. They also did not try to pressure me into the deal they let me sleep on it. They called me with the numbers with my trade in later that same night. I texted Phillip about 10 am in the morning and i sent him my insurance and he had all the paper work ready by about 2 pm. I was on the road by 4 pm. They also did not try to sell me a ton of useless warranty’s but they gave me a free one for a couple months to reassure me that the car was not a lemon. Best decision I’ve ever made. I will most certainly be buying my next car there when this Beauty goes! More

I even showed up unannounced yet they were eager to show me the vehicle and answer every question I could think of. Very knowledgeable about thier vehicles. Extremely clean and organized dealership. The entire process went quickly and without any problems. Jeff and Philip were great to talk to and unlike other salespeople they weren't pushy and they didn't try to upsale the vehicle. They stuck right to the facts and provided plenty of information that I needed. I have never been to a dealership that had such high quality cleanliness when it came to their vehicles. Every one of them looked as if it came off the showroom floor. I was very impressed and would recommend Paul Sevag Motors to anyone looking for a clean, quick, and hassle free purchase. More
