It was incompetent.
Getting a loaner was a hassle and they neglected to complete the recall. I had to leave it an extra day. I made two extra trips total to the dealers

I was disappointed with the customer service.
They had to take our car apart, which I understand, but then we were told we had to wait for a part and it would be 6 more days until our car would b
They had to take our car apart, which I understand, but then we were told we had to wait for a part and it would be 6 more days until our car would be ready. No loaner was offered, and I was lied to when I asked if we could pick up our car and then bring it back when the part was in. I was told my car was unsafe to drive, but it turns out it wasn't, it just hadn't been put back together and they didn't want to do that. Then, charged me an hour of labor to put it back together in order to drive it. Also, we were originally told that the car would be repaired on Monday, but when I picked it up (on Thursday) our service rep said she wasn't working Friday or Monday, so we have to call Tuesday to set up an appointment. It has been a really frustrating and upsetting experience.
