I was disappointed with the customer service. They had to take our car apart, which I understand, but then we were told we had to wait for a part and it would be 6 more days until our car would b They had to take our car apart, which I understand, but then we were told we had to wait for a part and it would be 6 more days until our car would be ready. No loaner was offered, and I was lied to when I asked if we could pick up our car and then bring it back when the part was in. I was told my car was unsafe to drive, but it turns out it wasn't, it just hadn't been put back together and they didn't want to do that. Then, charged me an hour of labor to put it back together in order to drive it. Also, we were originally told that the car would be repaired on Monday, but when I picked it up (on Thursday) our service rep said she wasn't working Friday or Monday, so we have to call Tuesday to set up an appointment. It has been a really frustrating and upsetting experience. More

Our experience at Gregory Hyundai was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Terrible experience that is still ongoing. Bought a used Hyundai Tucson. Within a couple weeks the engine light went on. I've now brought the car in 4 times after they said they fixed it each Bought a used Hyundai Tucson. Within a couple weeks the engine light went on. I've now brought the car in 4 times after they said they fixed it each time. They don't call me with updates or even return my calls to get a status on when it will be fixed. I've never had a worse experience with a dealership and repair shop. I think they may have sold me a lemon and won't own up to it. More

The intake process wasn’t very smooth. There should be more help at the front to ensure a better experience when coming for service. Same goes for the pickup. Horrible experience, no one knows what’s going on. No one communicates to each other. I spoke to the service manager, he says he’ll call you back and never calls back. Horrible customer service. The extended warranty they push on you has a clause that you HAVE to bring it to their dealership, and you have to pay for your own tow to get it there. Super inconvenient, and incompetent. More
