The car evaluation report showed I needed transmission fluid replacement and coolant replacement. Both were probably on scheduled maintenance for a car my age. However, I had both done in April and I had fluid replacement and coolant replacement. Both were probably on scheduled maintenance for a car my age. However, I had both done in April and I had contacted in late May, early June, the service dept to update their records. I told Kandice and she took care of it. More

Needs some work on the service side. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the fuel tank expansion recall. Indicated that I wanted to use the shuttle and was told I I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the fuel tank expansion recall. Indicated that I wanted to use the shuttle and was told I needed to wait for the shuttle driver to return. The driver never returned, so I waited ~ 4 hours for my car to be completed. I started getting messages that my vehicle was overdue for service. Called and was told that it might take a couple of weeks for the service records to be updated. Turns out the service department recorded the wrong milage for my car. Service receipt shows 17,422 miles, while the previous service record was performed at 21,942 miles. Called and was advised to correct the service record myself. Turns out the recall work was not performed, but the part was ordered. No notification that the part was received or other direction to remedy the situation. I need to emphasize that everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful. I just think that there are systemic issues that need to be corrected so that things don't fall through the cracks. More

Dear General Manager, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was informed that there w disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was informed that there was an open recall requiring a replacement part. I was told the repair would take approximately 10 days to two weeks before I could take delivery of the vehicle. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Since then, I have received very little communication. I had to repeatedly contact the dealership myself just to ask for updates, and each time I received different or vague answers. Today, I visited the dealership in person seeking a clear timeline. Instead of receiving one, I was told that it could take another two or even three months before the vehicle would be available. Had I been told this before signing the paperwork, I would not have purchased this vehicle. Meanwhile, I have already started making loan payments and paying for insurance on a vehicle that I have never been able to drive. What was even more upsetting was the way I was treated during today’s visit. During a phone conversation with another manager, I was accused of “lying” when I was simply explaining what I had been told during the sales process. I also overheard the manager instructing another employee to “kick them out” if I did not calm down. Being spoken to this way, especially as a customer who is simply asking for honest information, was shocking and completely unacceptable. I understand that recall repairs can sometimes cause delays, and I do not blame the dealership for circumstances beyond its control. However, I do expect honesty, transparency, consistent communication, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, none of those expectations have been met. I respectfully request that you review my experience, investigate how this situation was handled, and contact me as soon as possible with: * A clear and honest update regarding the status of my vehicle. * An explanation of why I was given conflicting information throughout the process. * A resolution that is fair, considering that I am paying for a vehicle I have not received. * A response regarding the unprofessional treatment I experienced during my visit. I hope your dealership values its customers and will take this complaint seriously. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope we can resolve this matter professionally. More

The staff is very unfriendly, there was no acknowledgment when I walked in. Brought my car in for a few recalls (of which I had to ask them to do because there weren’t enough parts so I left my car there) an when I walked in. Brought my car in for a few recalls (of which I had to ask them to do because there weren’t enough parts so I left my car there) and was offered a bill of almost $3500 worth of things to fix. Didn’t leave a very good taste in my mouth overall. More

I took my car to be repaired for an oil leak/burn. when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and when I went to pick up my car the A/C was not working but it worked fine when I dropped the car off. I didn't remove the car from the dealership, and I was told that it wasn't their fault and I have to pay a new Warranty deductible because they closed the work-order in their computer. I got the car back a few days later and it has been running badly since. I seemly like the motor timing is off or that it is mis-firing. I am going to have it checked by another mechanic before I bring it back the dealership. More
