He was very helpful in guiding me through process for repairing my vehicle, explaining what needed to be done, approximately how long it would take a He was very helpful in guiding me through process for repairing my vehicle, explaining what needed to be done, approximately how long it would take and providing an estimate of the cost.He even arranged for a courtesy transport so I could get to the hospital to be with my mom while I was waiting for my car.
