Phillip & Mark were exceptionally professional & courteous & they made us feel very comfortable. Mark was very thorough explaining the functions of the vehicle. Charlie, in the Loan Processing De courteous & they made us feel very comfortable. Mark was very thorough explaining the functions of the vehicle. Charlie, in the Loan Processing Dept was too slow & we had to wait way too long for him to get us in his office to complete the deal. You must improve on this final process because we also had to wait a very long time, 3 years ago, when we purchased our first Genesis. Time is important & having to wait so long is unacceptable & disappointing. More
