Nicolas Avila and Mark Shelley were wonderful throughout the process. Initially we were there to service the old Santa Fe and Nick sold us on a new one. Nick knew all the aspects of the car ans was patient the process. Initially we were there to service the old Santa Fe and Nick sold us on a new one.
