Julius the sales representative was very helpful and thorough in showing us all the features, from before the purchase to at 'delivery of the vehicle.' He made sure we knew how to use the new and safety features and answered all of our questions. Pia Vang, the Sales Manager, was also very supportive of Julius, and was great to speak with and deal with on the business side. We had a payment amount in mind, and he helped us stay there, which also happened to be the online Lease Special Amount. The online credit application and the working on the finance portion of the purchase was convenient and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership. They were so personable and professional. More
