I purchased a 2023 GMC Terrain back in July and have had major major major issues!!! I have brought this car to the dealership multiple times for major electrical problems which they claim there are no issu major major major issues!!! I have brought this car to the dealership multiple times for major electrical problems which they claim there are no issues meanwhile the issues have gotten significantly worse including the radio and touch screen constantly stop working, now the car vibrates and shakes while stepping on the brakes. The sales guy Pierre I dealt with has ignored me constantly since complaining about my issues and doesn’t seem to care whatsoever. If you want a car DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL GET MAJORLY RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER GMC TERRAIN More

Pierre was an excellent salesman, he got me what I was looking for and made a deal. I was disappointed with the detailing of truck when I picked it up the next day.
