Best car buying experience ! No high pressure sales, no gimmicks, no run-around. We purchased a car from Polly for our teenage daughter. This was by far, the most pleasant car buying experience ever. Woody's is a "Class Act" and I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them again. The best 3.5 hour drive ever !! Was contracted by Polly regarding more money owed in order for me to get my title. When I called my bank regarding my payoff for the vehicle I traded in, I found out that if anything - Woody's owed me money. Call Ian and he indicated the payoff was $200 more, so they needed a check for that BEFORE they would give me the title on my new car. After going back and forth, it was somewhat straightened out. I assumed I would be receiving my title to the new car soon, however it's been almost 30 days and I still don't have it. Was told by the dealership that they don't have the title for the car (how do you sell a car you don't have the title for???), but at soon as they received it, they would get it to me. Not sure if the reason I'm getting the run around is because I'm female, or what the deal is. However, you have 30 days to title a new car and that 30 days is up 5-1, with no title in sight. And can't pay the taxes on the vehicle until you have a title. VERY FRUSTRATING - AND NOT VERY RELIABLE. Keep getting conflicting information from everyone More

My family's 3rd purchase at Woody's Today I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Woody's. Polly, Neva, and Guy were great to work with. I started talking to them a little over a week ag Today I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Woody's. Polly, Neva, and Guy were great to work with. I started talking to them a little over a week ago about vehicles I could tow behind my motorhome with 4 wheels on the ground. They let me drive several vehicles in my price range and today they called me and said they had this Explorer they thought I would like. They then worked with the bank to get me to the payment I needed. I am very pleased with the vehicle I got, the payment I have, and the service they gave me. Polly is very upfront about everything and tries really hard to make sure her customers are happy. My wife purchased her van from Polly a year and a half ago and I purchased a cheap vehicle for my daughter about 6 months ago. All of our experiences with them have been great. No pressure and great service. More

We had been on their website and had several in mind. They were very busy, but we didn't have to wait but a couple of minutes. We drove the one we were most interested in and ended up trading for it. We dealt with Neva and Polly who have always been very friendly and efficient. We love over truck and would recommend Woodys to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Horrible, awful, dishonest and disappointing I contacted this dealership because they had an awesome price on a vehicle I was looking for. They advertised on Cars.com AND on their website a 2013 I contacted this dealership because they had an awesome price on a vehicle I was looking for. They advertised on Cars.com AND on their website a 2013 Ford Escape, their stock number 13D145 for $17,945. I contacted Polly and she informed me that Woody's was a one price dealership. After all the inspections were complete, etc. they took my financing information to see if they could obtain a better deal than what I had received. Polly informed me that I was approved and my payments would be $xxx.xx per month. I questioned the amount, and she stated, well the purchase price is $20,995 over 60 months, etc is how you get to your payment amount. I informed her at that point that the website stated $17,945 for the vehicle. Her GM then called me and told me to "prove it". I saw the correct price, my friend saw the correct price, even my coworkers saw the correct price ($17,945). I had wished I printed out the proof, but I did not. I saved the favorite on Cars.com, and the dealership changed the Cars.com listing as well as their website before contacting me back. He got very belligerent with me and in the end told me he would not sell the car for that price. I am certain that their thinking was I would "roll over" and take the car even with the higher price. I was planning to travel from Chicago to Kansas City to purchase this vehicle. In my opinion, it is a horrible way to do business. The GOOD part is I found a car elsewhere, closer to my home, for an awesome price, at a reputable dealership that truly cares about their customers. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for a vehicle exclude Woody's from their dealership list. By the way, they still have the car on their lot today. They have had it almost a year. More

Wasted 2hr drive, Deceptive Advertising I saw a 2005 Honda Civic for sale on Woody's website. I emailed Polly a couple times about the vehicle and their price. At no time on thier listing pa I saw a 2005 Honda Civic for sale on Woody's website. I emailed Polly a couple times about the vehicle and their price. At no time on thier listing page, or in any email was it mentioned that the vehicle had a salvage/rebuilt title. I decided that I wanted to buy this car and got up at 6am to drive the 2 hours to get there and start the process. Upon arrival I asked to speak with Polly since she was the one that emailed with me. I told her which vehicle I was there to see and she immediatley stated "oh, the one with the salvage title" I asked what she meant and she said that vehicle had a salvage title. I was a little taken aback by this as it had never been mentioned before. Polly said she wanted to go and check to make sure she was correct about the title. Before she got up to go and do that she looked an me and in a very polite voice told me that if i had called she would have told me about the title and would have checked to see if the car was still for sale and how it was monday morning and it might have sold over the weekend. I was getting scolded and being told it was my fault that I didn't know about the title. I have a very short fuse, trying to not lose my temper I turned to leave, Polly called after me. I have no idea what she said but the tone of voice pushed me over the edge. I turned back and exploded that I didn't drive 2 hours first thing in the morning just to be lectured about what I should have done and how it was my fault I didnt know about the title. I'm sorry to say that they hide if it is a clean title or not by saying there is a like to the vehicle report on the listing but they don't actually say its a bad title on the listing. I also can't believe that someone in the sales industry would lecture a possible customer on anything. That does not sell cars. I won't be taking that drive again, I don't care if they are giving cars away. I also won't be reccomending anyone else make the drive either. Never know what else they are hiding until you have driven from a long way away to get to them and feel stuck. More
