Zero stars. Went in to buy a used Chrysler 300 trading in a Rav 4. Everything was great until I realized they tried to fiancé $ 500 I had already put down as a Went in to buy a used Chrysler 300 trading in a Rav 4. Everything was great until I realized they tried to fiancé $ 500 I had already put down as a downpayment. I told them they needed to reduce the price financed or refund my downpayment. The jerk off used sales manager ripped up the sale invoice in the middle of the main building like he was some tough guy. I told them to refund the credit card and get my Rav 4 back. Then he tells me to leave or he’ll call the cops! He still hadn’t put the license on my Rav 4, I told him go ahead and call them. I went to Garden City Chrysler the next week and bought a beautiful Pre owned 300. I tracked the car I was going to buy and they never sold it, sent it off to a deal in New Jersey. Loserused sales manager should have been fired. Not to mention they were speaking to someone else who had cash to buy and they refused the negotiated price because he wasn’t financing and went back to the sticker price. These people are criminals, stay far away. More
