I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Town and Country. I initially walked in not realizing they were closing in a half hour but Brandon didn’t hesitate to sit me down and help me look th Town and Country. I initially walked in not realizing they were closing in a half hour but Brandon didn’t hesitate to sit me down and help me look through all the Grand Cherokees they had on the lot, since I didn’t have a specific one in mind, and took care of getting my trade-in appraised as well. He was super helpful and friendly. When I came back the next day I worked with Mark who’s an amazing salesmen. He was extremely patient, honest, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and made the entire process super smooth. He went above and beyond to make sure I drove off the lot happy, with the perfect car, and I can’t thank him enough. Mark took his time to go over all the features on the car and made sure I knew how to use everything before I left. This was my first time financing a car so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Charlie made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and thoroughly went over everything with me to make sure I understood before I signed.
