I was approved for a used car loan with Chrysler Capital and was told they wouldn’t sell me the vehicle unless I purchased a extended warranty for $3000 on a vehicle that was certified preownwed already and and was told they wouldn’t sell me the vehicle unless I purchased a extended warranty for $3000 on a vehicle that was certified preownwed already and still had a manufacturers warranty on it! Don’t buy from this dealership ... they wouldn’t put it in writing when I asked and Mike Perez the new car manager grabbed my folder and wrote DEAD across it and told me to leave all because I asked him to put my denial in writing I’m sure the state attorney general will appreciate this as well as Chrysler Shame on them for behaving so badly More

Dan was the first honest salesman I've ever met in my life!! Dan didn't ignore me because of my race or my request in a car he simply helped me! I worked with Mark and Lance before and I feel as if I was a bother to them, THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG but maybe its because they didn't have the car I wanted at the time or because I wanted money off that couldn't be taken off but either way everyone was great, but was the one that helped me at the end. and he helped with everything! although it was little more than I planned on spending at first I saw the value of the truck and I saw that everything he said was 100% honest! id rather give my money to someone who cares about what he does and someone who works with me as much as he could; than someone who possibly has the lower price and horrible salespeople. like Merrick or security dodge!! those guys are liars and scam artist!! but thanks to dan I have a new/ certified pre-owned 2017 ram that has all that I wanted and then some! More
