Horrible experience We wanted to but a jeep on Nov18 Sunday The head dealer in the used car dept told us to come back on Monday at 6pm and everything would be ready. We w We wanted to but a jeep on Nov18 Sunday The head dealer in the used car dept told us to come back on Monday at 6pm and everything would be ready. We waited 4 and 1/2 hours to take delivery of the vehicle. The dealer in the “podium” couldnt care less and blamed it on a down computer He showed no compassion and had a surly attitude. It should not take that long to take delivery when they had all day to prepare. I guess the care about volume and not the individual sales. Should have gone to the Atlantic Auto Mall. Customer service is NOT their strong point More

Don’t go to this dealership I bought a 2012 Jeep and a week later the car was in the shop for a week because the car I bought had problems and then after another week I went to t I bought a 2012 Jeep and a week later the car was in the shop for a week because the car I bought had problems and then after another week I went to the dealership to talk to finance because the payments were messed up, I waited over an hour to then have the guy who runs the dealership be extremely rude to me, another gentlemen there who wasn’t apart of finance did help me the best but the whole experience I have had with this dealership has been stressful and I would not recommend going there. The finance women that I had does not answer the phone when called and when sitting at an empty desk for an hour no one bothered to come up to me to see if I even needed help. More
