Good communication This is my third vehicle from town and country, once i met mark i knew he wouldn't disappoint. The second time i had poor communication with my saleswoman and it made the experience less than desirable over 6 years ago but my wife suggested giving them a chance again as it was still a fair deal. Mark was the complete opposite of our second time around purchasing a vehicle. Once we left the down payment to hold the car he immediately gave me his cell phone number and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Excellent job to the managers Joe monte and Chris for their establishment and what seemed like a great team. More

They add bogus extra fees I went in there with my husband to look at a used car I saw on CARFAX. They take the carfax Price and then add on a gas fee, document fee and certifie I went in there with my husband to look at a used car I saw on CARFAX. They take the carfax Price and then add on a gas fee, document fee and certified fee which almost comes out to 2000 dollars more than the price of the car!! Needless to say we left and bought a car at another dealership without those scam bogus fees. I will never go there again and told all my friends about their 2000 shakedown! More

Financing Considering I had excellent credit, I don’t think it’s fair that you would hold your customers ransom with a high APR and a long term (75 months) loan Considering I had excellent credit, I don’t think it’s fair that you would hold your customers ransom with a high APR and a long term (75 months) loan as the only option to finance a vehicle without accepting the extended and/or tire warranties — and being insistent on it. I politely declined many times, but after 15 minutes of insisting and asking why I didn’t want to include those OPTIONAL warranties, you lost my business and respect. Such a shame as I had high respects for the salesperson and manager who helped me with a vehicle I was interested in, only to be ruined by the finance department. This was not my first time shopping for a vehicle. I feel sorry for the customers who fall for these traps. More

Shady dealership Terrible dealership. The whole process was shady. Ken Johnson our salesman was extremely unprofessional. He was a nice guy but u could tell her was de Terrible dealership. He was a nice guy but u could tell her was desperate for a sale and he definitely tried to screw us anyway he could. We asked for them to use our banks pre qualifications loan and he didnt listen and applied to alley bank which returned an interest rate of 2x what we were quoted. His response is just take the loan and refinace in a year he said our bank returned with a high interest rate than alley (which was a total lie). They charge us a complete BS $25 fee for gas. The gas level was lower than when we test drove it the night before. The used dealership building smells like mold and the few salespeople in there all look a bunch of fools. When we were in the used building and new building we would over heard employees talking poorly about each other and other customers right in front of us. Everytime we had to fill paperwork out we had to literally walk from the used building to the new building in the freezing rain. The "new" building was filthy and the salesman in there were older than dirt and wouldnt pay u any attention unless u appear to have money. All and all worse experience ever. More

First time buying at a dealership was smooth as ever I had been in the market for a Jeep for a few weeks. Finally came across one that caught my eye from the Town & Country website. Called ahead to make I had been in the market for a Jeep for a few weeks. Finally came across one that caught my eye from the Town & Country website. Called ahead to make sure it was still available and spoke with Frank Politi. He was friendly and helpful and we set up an appointment for the afternoon. We had a feeling thebfirst face we saw pulling into the lot was Frank and it was. He took us over to the Jeep I had my eye on from the website. After vehicle info and looking it over and sitting inside. I loved it even more in person. Fast forward 7 hours later and with the help of him and the equally as friendly and helpful (Chang Yoo) I drove off the lot that evening a HAPPY car owner! More

Dont let dealership say you have to pay these ridiculous fees. Do your research firsts about fees. More

Horrible experience We wanted to but a jeep on Nov18 Sunday The head dealer in the used car dept told us to come back on Monday at 6pm and everything would be ready. We w We wanted to but a jeep on Nov18 Sunday The head dealer in the used car dept told us to come back on Monday at 6pm and everything would be ready. We waited 4 and 1/2 hours to take delivery of the vehicle. The dealer in the “podium” couldnt care less and blamed it on a down computer He showed no compassion and had a surly attitude. It should not take that long to take delivery when they had all day to prepare. I guess the care about volume and not the individual sales. Should have gone to the Atlantic Auto Mall. Customer service is NOT their strong point More
