Awful! First the sales man told us our payments would be one price then when we signed the papers it ended up being much more. They never told us the actual price we would be paying for the vehicle. They promised to call us to set up on-star and they didn't. On top of that they messed up on our loan paperwork and i didn't find out until I called the bank weeks later to see where my payment book was. When i called the bank i found out my loan was never put through! When i called the dealership to find out what was going on they didn't answer my calls so left many messages! They sent me new paperwork in the mail that they wanted me to sign without even talking to me! Worst car buying experience EVER! More
