Mr. Preston was amazing! He helped me find a car for what I needed. Sometimes, I feel car salesmen can be pushy but he was not. He conversed with me and showed me cars and let me decide which was best for me I needed. Sometimes, I feel car salesmen can be pushy but he was not. He conversed with me and showed me cars and let me decide which was best for me. He was very patient with me and understanding of my situation. He was kind and very professional! Now, the guy who was doing the financing options part was not my cup of tea. He made me feel like I was doing a drug deal in a back alley. He even asked me "what are you gonna do for me?" Nothing, sir. I'm not doing anything for you. Now, he wasn't indicating anything inappropriate he just wanted to know how much money I was going to put down. I did not like how he went about it. I did not like how he spoke to me. He did not pass the vibe check. I'm down for approaching people how you think they need to be approached, but read the room better. A single mom with her daughter there does not need to approached that way, especially when he knows that's the case. I do appreciate that he was able to get my monthly payments where they needed to be, but he's got to work on his approach. More
