The lifetime drivetrain warranty is a trick, First, the salesperson is professional, knows his business, famaliar with the cars he was showing. Easy to work with, no pressure. It sounded all good that a dealer is to provide lifetime oil change, lifetime drivetrain warranty at the beginning, even if you ask, all you got was vague answer, no fact sheet, etc. It was until you are in the room about to write the check, you would then know that it costs extra (outside of the agreed car price) to be eligible for this "lifetime drivetrain warranty". To be fair, it's OK for the dealer to offer such package, my problem is, I wanted to get the cost upfront, rather than being told to pay extra after signed up the purchase contract. So lesson learned. If you must have to have your car serviced at this particular dealership, this is for you. If you already have a trust independent place, then at least during your bargain time, ask the dealer to deduct the money they "have already spent in setting up this warranty". More

Great First Experience This was the first time I had ever been to Fred Anderson Toyota. I was impressed driving up on the lot with the organization, presentations, cleanliness, and atmosphere. I had a scheduled appointment with Preston Elmer and upon meeting him he mirrored the impression of the company. From the time that we started discussing my family‘s needs for a vehicle, what I was looking for personally, and with my particular scenario was, Preston work with me to see that I received exactly what I asked for. The whole process from start to finish was pleasurable, inviting, and one that would make me definitely return to buy another vehicle. I have no problem sending people to Fred Anderson Toyota to buy a vehicle. Fred Anderson Toyota dispels all of the negative connotations of purchasing a vehicle. Thank you! More
