We always bring the Rogue into Southern Team for oil changes. Never any complaints,always completely satisfied with the service. Wouldn't even purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. I have been a customer at this dealership for 43 years. I have owned three Maximas, five trucks, 3 Z cars and a Rogue. I am a Nissan brand loyalist. My recent experiences have been less than satisfactory I have owned three Maximas, five trucks, 3 Z cars and a Rogue. I am a Nissan brand loyalist. My recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. Southern Team Nissan have not kept their promises to call me when certain vehicles arrived at the dealership that I expressed interest in purchasing. Customer service personnel are less knowledgeable than I have come to expect while wait times for service is often two to three weeks. Labor charges have increased as well as a separate $189 diagnosis charge that is not applied to the repair cost. It seems that ownership has forgotten about the customer as they attempt to maximize profits. We are in the market for a new vehicle and for the first time in my lifetime, Nissan vehicles are not a consideration. A warranty does no good when you must wait for weeks for service. If this dealership is a reflection of Nisan, it is easy to see why they are having difficulty as a company worldwide. More
