I was critical of my last visit a few months ago. They didn’t seem to expect me, were confused about a loaner car, seemed to have restrictions on being able to wait for the car. Prompt and efficient service, consistent communication, etc. I still think the dealership has lost the few of a Mini dealership, which is disappointing. It is obviously now a BMW dealer w Minis shoves in the corner, but other than that the experience was great. More

Great Team I was there to get my Countryman inspected. Turned out that my insurance had expired. Preston and the team were very patient while I got the situati I was there to get my Countryman inspected. Turned out that my insurance had expired. Preston and the team were very patient while I got the situation corrected and a new insurance card faxed to them. They inspected the car and sent me on my way. Even with all that happened with my insurance I was out of there in a little over 2 hours. I didn't even need to get the loaner that was waiting for me. Best. Service. Ever. Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had. From check-in to my Lyft back the office, everything was top flight, includ Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had.
