Great Team I was there to get my Countryman inspected. Turned out that my insurance had expired. Preston and the team were very patient while I got the situati I was there to get my Countryman inspected. Turned out that my insurance had expired. Preston and the team were very patient while I got the situation corrected and a new insurance card faxed to them. They inspected the car and sent me on my way. Even with all that happened with my insurance I was out of there in a little over 2 hours. I didn't even need to get the loaner that was waiting for me. Thanks so much for your patience and excellent service. More

Best. Service. Ever. Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had. From check-in to my Lyft back the office, everything was top flight, includ Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had. From check-in to my Lyft back the office, everything was top flight, including a real-time explanation of the services performed on a video while my car on the lift. They even fixed my gas cap - complimentary. And all of this in the middle of a pandemic! More

This is my third Mini... I drive Minis basically for two reasons: 1. I love the cars 2. I love Otto’s, and how they consistently provide top level service that makes my life easier, and helps me to enjoy reasons: 1. I love the cars 2. Otto’s is not the closest dealership to me, but it is the only one I go to. More
