Individually, employees were friendly and professional but as a whole, this was one of the most unorganized process I've ever had to go through. I had to keep going back up to the dealership, I had to rem but as a whole, this was one of the most unorganized process I've ever had to go through. I had to keep going back up to the dealership, I had to remind people to contact me for appointments, I had to wait over 2 hours for my car because they "couldn't find me" in the service area. This was an awful experience and I've made sure to let everyone know not to buy cars from here. More

The whole staff at Waldorf Honda was extreme nice, inviting, and knowledgeable. My salesman Micheal M. was a great help and a great guy. I left the lot in a brand new 2025 Honda Ridgeline HPD, my dream truck, and I feel good knowing they will be there if I still have questions or help down the road. Everyone on the team was willing to jump in and help from start to finish. I did not feel pressured to make decisions at any point during the sale and when me or my family needs another car Waldorf Honda will be my one and only stop. Thank you! More

Preston is rude and comes off condescending. He attempted to up charge on multiple fees that have prices set by the state of Maryland. Tax, Title and Tags are fees set by the state. He also insisted that the asset protection package was required as a condition of purchase. I’ve purchased 2 brand new vehicles in 2018 and 2020 from Waldorf Honda. I was in the market again but refuse to give this dealership any additional business as long as Preston is a sales manager there. Preston previously worked in the finance department and has since been promoted to sales manager. I recommend sending him to additional training as you’ll likely lose more business than you’ll gain with him in that position. I was not looking to get over or for a steal. I was hoping to be charged what is legally allowed by the state for taxes, title, tag etc. Any other options were just that, options. I understand it’s a business and profit is the bottom line. However, as a consumer I will do my homework and not pay hundreds of dollars ambiguous charges due to deceptive practices on the part of a sales manager. Preston presented an offer sheet with an alleged “discount” and then proceeded to recoup said discount by up charging on various fees, essentially off-setting the “discount”. I also asked for an itemized cost sheet as a matter of transparency. Preston did not provide an itemized cost sheet. Preston’s first offer was for $29.6K out the door on a vehicle they offered at 24.9K MSRP. As a consumer, my concern was how Preston came up with $4K in additional charges. I understand you pay tax, title, tag, dealer processing fee (although not required) but these fees do not amount to $4.7K. Preston then asked if he could earn my business “if” the asset protection was removed and offered $28K out the door. I told him I’d think this over and departed. I returned about 2 hours later and offered $27.9K out the door. Preston declined. I then offered 28K, his original “if” from earlier in the day to which he declined. More

On a Sunday afternoon, I went by Waldorf Honda to finalize the purchase of my new car. Johnny met me at the front door with a smile and a firm handshake. He directed me to the manager Preston who con finalize the purchase of my new car. Johnny met me at the front door with a smile and a firm handshake. He directed me to the manager Preston who confirmed our agreed price and Johnny showed us to our CRV and offered us a final test drive. Upon our return the process seemed seamless. I felt attended to but not overly managed. The whole process took less than 2 hrs from test drive to finance. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. A great experience! More
