This is the second time I've been here. I assumed after my first visit they would try there best to accommodate for last time. I tried to get ahold of Oscar Platt before the appointment 2 times. I only got an email today after another miserable experience. Maybe it was the fact that tive been bouncing between kids that both fail to help. More
