Quick service and very informative I had an early morning inspection appointment and was helped right away. The service department was extremely busy but they were able to get me out in I had an early morning inspection appointment and was helped right away. The service department was extremely busy but they were able to get me out in under an hour! My service writer, Priamo, was extremely helpful and let me know about an upcoming service I needed and how much it would cost me ahead of time. Best Service rep ever! Mr. Perez has always been warm and welcoming when i come in to service my car, at other dealerships i have had very cold experiences. Today Mr.Perez Mr. Perez has always been warm and welcoming when i come in to service my car, at other dealerships i have had very cold experiences. Today Mr.Perez went through my history this past year (i am a proud subaru forester owner for 1 year now) and explained what services I would need for this particular visit. He also resolved some concerns I had with my previous service and helped me resolve them. Mr. Perez always also follows up with me while I am waiting and when I requested a courtesy ride he promptly made sure I was accommodated. When I was ready to be picked up to pick up my car he made sure that i was kept up to date as to how long it sould be before my ride would arrive. I can honestly say that my experiances at the service center with Mr. Perez has always been wonderful. His enthusiasum, patience, and welcoming smile actually make a trip to the mechanic a good one. More
