Pricilla was wonderful to work with, courteous, helpful and kept me informed with costs and the status of my vehicle. As a Mom of a toddler, I have a car seat and stroller I have to move into and out of t and kept me informed with costs and the status of my vehicle. Poor service mindset I brought my vehicle in for a faulty valvetrain under warranty. I was told by David that there were no warranty repairs needed and that I only had a l I brought my vehicle in for a faulty valvetrain under warranty. I was told by David that there were no warranty repairs needed and that I only had a limited issue with non-warranty items. This was contrary to the diagnosis from an independent, Certified BMW shop north of the River. When I confronted David about the previous findings, he doubled down on his faulty assessment. After taking time out of my busy schedule to come down in the middle of a hectic workday, Priscilla agreed that there were in fact warranty repairs that were required to restore the vehicle's performance. These ultimately included an eccentric shaft, motor and sensor assembly, vehicle software update and other miscellaneous items that were overlooked by their technician, either deliberately or through incompetence. I was then told that the repairs would be finished that or the following day. Over the course of the next three days, I was told an evolving story about the repairs and the technician's findings, mostly by David. In the end, the technician 'found' the exact same faults the independent shop identified in a single afternoon, and that I had previously communicated to both David and Priscilla at Kuni. Apparently warranty repairs are not a priority for this dealership or their service center. I will be returning to my local repair shop for the non-warranty repairs based on the care and consideration that I have received from Kuni. I will also seriously reconsider where I intend to purchase my next vehicle this year. More

The person that changed my windshield wiper blade did a sloppy job. The passenger side wiper did not clear water from windshield. Had to go back to BMW.....not a short trip for me....from Woodland WA. Priscilla took control and replaced them ASAP. She deserves the best customer service award. More
