I will say after my buying experience , I thought I would use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance. Priscilla Allard has made me feel like Kuni can be my home. She to use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance. Priscilla Allard has made me feel like Kuni can be my home. She took great care of us. She explained everything in great detail and met my expectations. Priscilla has the ability to make you feel like you are part of Kuni and you matter to Kuni. I will only have Priscilla as my service agent. I brought my 2014 Diesel 5 series in for a oil change and “check engine” light. I live out of town so a loaner was needed. Priscilla is an excellent Service Advisor, very thorough and a great communicator. E “check engine” light. I live out of town so a loaner was needed. Went in for service which was going to be no charge… and left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Pris left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Priscilla is always fantastic tho. Great communicator and seems to always be understanding. Was able to knock $400 the large repair cost. But still obviously very uneasy about the expense! Thankful for the loaner because we live out in the Clackamas area. More
