Professional, customer focused This was my first time at Jim Coleman and I was thrilled with the service from start to finish. I was referred by a friend and she was right. From the initial phone call to my check in with Purvis, to getting my rental car, and the cashier checking me out, everything was customer focused! Everyone was friendly and kind. That is always my priority and why I choose to have my car serviced the dealerships. I have been to several Honda dealerships and honestly I almost decided not to get another Honda after driving them for over 25 years because the service people have become so rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by servicing your car. I almost went with a Lexus since my family members say how great their service is, but I decided to stick with Honda because they last so long. Then I had such rude people again, so glad I moved to Columbia and my friend recommended Jim Coleman. EVERYONE is friendly and act as if they are happy to have your business. It makes me trust that they are doing what is right for my car. THANK YOU! More

Great Service I like bringing my car for service at Jim Coleman Honda. I always feel as though I am getting the royal treatment even though I am just a regular person. I brought my Pilot in for an oil change and Purvis Burke took care of me right away. Waiting at the dealership while they do maintenance is not bad either, it's actually quite relaxing. Thanks! More

Best New Car Experience! I bought my first new car at Jim Coleman Honda and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Andy(Herbert) originally helped me with a lease p I bought my first new car at Jim Coleman Honda and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Andy(Herbert) originally helped me with a lease prior to getting my new HRV. The transition was smooth on the outside, but I know there were a lot of folks working really hard to make that deal possible. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and will be back for an upgrade in a few years. recently came in for routine maintenance and Purvis Burke took the reigns and ran with taking care of my car. It's this type of professionalism and care that brings return sales and service. Great job everyone! More

Excellent Service and Repair My exhaust system on my 2006 Honda Civic failed on the way to work. I called Honda Service and was almost immediately called back by Service Manager My exhaust system on my 2006 Honda Civic failed on the way to work. I called Honda Service and was almost immediately called back by Service Manager Tim Murray. Tim recommended bringing in the Honda for repair that evening (which I did). Upon arrival that evening, I spoke with Purvis Burke who created the Service Ticket. The following day, the Honda was repaired and ready to go even though due to its age, the Honda may have had to spend a couple of days in Service waiting parts. Kudos to Tim and Purvis for a friendly and quick turnaround on my Honda. More

Great Service from Purvis Burke Purvis is a tremendous asset to Jim Coleman Honda. I left the dealership service department a few years ago but then needed to come back for a recall Purvis is a tremendous asset to Jim Coleman Honda. I left the dealership service department a few years ago but then needed to come back for a recall. Purvis really went to bat for me and the lack of response that I received from American Honda. I have been coming back there for service because of him and his dedication to doing the right thing for the customer. More
