Great service department Technician was professional and very thorough. The service department not only replaced my front air bags for a recall but gave the car an inspection Technician was professional and very thorough. The service department not only replaced my front air bags for a recall but gave the car an inspection and made numerous recommendations on issues they found. Did not expect that. The issues were also put in writing. Jim Colemans is the dealership I purchased my Civic from. I have NEVER had an issue with the service department! More

I love my new Honda Civic! Joshua Jones patiently and carefully led me through the buying process. The test drive went well, and I felt comfortable and familiar with most of the bells and whistles but learned about a few new ones. I love the safety feature of a back up camera. It is a joy to drive and I am happy I chose Jim Coleman Honda to buy my new car!! I have also been happy coming to the Service department! Thank you all for your great service! More
