I came to this dealership looking for my first car and Joe helped me find exactly that! I arrived apprehensive expecting to be bombarded with cars outside of my budget along with additional add ons and su Joe helped me find exactly that! I arrived apprehensive expecting to be bombarded with cars outside of my budget along with additional add ons and subpar service from money grubbers due to past experiences with dealerships in the area, especially since I was going through the process alone. The service and atmosphere Joe provided was above and beyond, it shined away any shadow of a doubt! From him making sure I’m within my budget and happy with the vehicle ( I was able to test drive it to wherever I wanted), to even helping me find a great insurance policy and providing me with great options to get the best protection also within my budget! Everything was explained in clear detail so I knew exactly what I was getting, from the vehicle to the services provided for it. He is not your typical car salesman, he wants to make sure you’re given the best service possible. Not to mention I was provided door to door transport being that I couldn’t take my car home the first night, but the next day to pick it up I was provided transportation as well! I was so relieved to able to actually be ecstatic about the whole process instead of stressed about the paperwork, figuring out insurance and getting to and from the dealership! My first car experience was without a doubt an exciting breeze and he was just as excited for me!! Lol I would definitely recommend any new or experienced car owners to this dealership and salesman specifically, for the best experience! More
