Most people think salesman are out to rob you, and that might be true. They are known for being pushy and trying to pull a fast one on you, but that is not Joe at all! From the very moment we sat down to discuss purchasing a truck Joe was great. At no point whatsoever did I feel pressured or judged. We started at the low end of my price range and Joe let me pick out what trucks I wanted to look at. He did not try and sell me the most expensive thing on the line, but was committed helping me find the vehicle that fit me. On top of being an interesting a funny guy, Joe was happy to share his honest opinion about the different vehicles I was looking at. At no point did I ever feel like anything was being hidden from me. Overall I do not think the process could have been any smoother. If you head into DePaula Ford ask for Joe, you will not regret it!
