After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I took a chance and called O’Steen in Jacksonville since I would be in town. They made the process easy, they didn’t promise what they couldn’t provide, and I’m now in a brand new car for the first time in my life. They reassured me I had been thru enough and deserved a break and deserved what I wanted. Even during the test drive, Quan took the time to explain all of my trucks features. They made it happen. THIS is how it’s supposed to be done. More

I was traveling in from Texas to purchase a pre-owned BMW. Quan went above and beyond to make sure to get me pictures of every detail of the car and made sure I had all the paperwork ahead of time for my BMW.
