I am very pleased with my overall experience with Ourisman Hyundai. I contacted the dealership about the car I was interested in and was promptly called by Quentin. He answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and go for a test drive. He was courteous, professional honest and very up-front about the whole process. Quentin went above and beyond every step of the way to provide an excellent experience. I love my new car and I'll definitely be coming back to Ourisman when it's time for an upgrade. Thank you to Quentin and the Ourisman Hyundai Laurel team!!

Visited Ourisman Hyundai based on the internet pricing of a 2017 Sonata Hybrid Plug-In. Upon arrival at the dealership we were warmly greeted by Quentin James. Quentin confirmed the pricing of the car and we took the car for test drive. Upon are return to the dealership, we received a new price that was $2999.00 more that included an "Appearance Package" which suppose to include some paint protectant and wheel locks. I informed Quentin that I did not want the "Appearance Package" and he understood and said that has to be handled by General Sales Manager. After waiting for 15 minutes, Mr. Stark became available and explained the "Appearance Package". He explained that the paint protectant and the wheel locks are applied at delivery. I stated that I did not want the "Appearance Package" and he immediately asked if I looked at all the cars on the website. I stated, No I did not. I looked at the car I was interested in. The question was irrelevant and was not dealing with the 3K increase from what the website advertised. In my frustration, I left the dealership.
After leaving I did leave a voicemail with Quentin James, thanking him for his time and I understand the additional charges that were being added on were not in his control.
