Israel Jimenez and Karina are amazing and helpful caring people. They have always went above and beyond to help me, but your service department is terrible and I regret buying the vehicle. And I wish I woul people. They have always went above and beyond to help me, but your service department is terrible and I regret buying the vehicle. And I wish I would never have to go back there and service my car but now my warranty ties me to Kia. In the future I will be going to a different Kia to get my car serviced. They are not thorough when checking the vehicle and not helpful when it comes to considering people schedules and need to have a vehicle. They gave me back a car that was not properly fixed and unsafe. And they are now making me wait two weeks to bring it back to hopefully be properly fixed. I no longer trust their work or anything they say. More

This was my second car purchase from Kia of Everett. On both occasions, the sales representative went above and beyond. They are transparent with costs and do not adjust total price based on method of payment. The only complaint I had was the amount of time I spent from the end of the test drive to final signature. This last time I was there for almost 4 hours. Besides the time, they are amazing! More
