I would rate my experience with Norman Hyundai as extremely disappointing and would give them zero stars if possible. I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX50 from Norman Hyundai in Norman, Oklahoma, on Febr extremely disappointing and would give them zero stars if possible. I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX50 from Norman Hyundai in Norman, Oklahoma, on February 24th, with Bart as my salesman. During the test drive, the Infinity seemed to run smoothly, and Bart assured me it had only one previous owner, an older couple who traded it in for a smaller vehicle. However, my experience quickly soured when Bart offered alcohol during the test drive and drank it while I was driving. Despite this unprofessional behavior, I proceeded with the purchase process. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, issues began to arise. The tire pressure sensor light came on, revealing inconsistent tire pressure readings. Additionally, the engine started running rough, and upon inspection, it was found to be significantly low on oil. Despite being under warranty, Norman Hyundai advised against adding oil, claiming it would void the warranty. After seeking advice from another dealership, it was discovered that the engine had sludge and required replacement, costing $16,000 excluding labor. Further investigation revealed that Norman Hyundai had sold the same problematic Infinity to another customer without disclosing its issues. Efforts to resolve the situation with Norman Hyundai proved fruitless. Sales manager Jeff Grisham was unprofessional and uncooperative, denying any responsibility and even lying about previous interactions. Despite promises to rectify the situation, they failed to provide adequate solutions. Ultimately, the loan for the Infinity was not funded due to discrepancies, leading to the return of the vehicle to the dealership. However, Norman Hyundai breached the contract by selling my trade-in vehicle and mishandling the license plate, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. In conclusion, my experience with Norman Hyundai was marred by deceit, incompetence, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against doing business with them, as their actions reflect a lack of integrity and professionalism. More
