Regarding functional issues with the car, we attempted to work with you. Still, you chose to take the car elsewhere after your brother, and you escalated your frustrations and caused a scene at the dealership. His was avoidable if emotions had remained calm. Our team worked with you on these issues. We kindly ask you to withhold your emotions from making false allegations online. The funding issue you raised was due to a misrepresentation on your credit application related to income not being fully disclosed. His was unfortunate. However, from our records, the matter has been resolved as you received your vehicle back, and the deal was unwound.
