I mentioned the fender the first day I came in to test drive the 2020 Toyota Prius. I asked multiple times and was never once told it would not be repaired. I called daily and was told the manager was gone or in meetings. Had I have been told, I would not have purchased the vehicle. It had a clean Carfax. I believe it was damaged when the driver took it off the truck. Your dealership got it in January. It should have been fixed then. I was never told it came from the back lot beauty vehicles. I never heard those words until your response. The car was also not detailed when I picked it up, but someone had put tire shine on the tires. I had to clean it myself.
