Colin was great to work with. It actually was a cold call for him but I had purchased a car from Jim Ellis Audi previously and had been thinking about trading for a new model. He listened well to my needs and wants and immediately went to work to find exactly what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. He made the process so easy. I was fully prepared to spend the afternoon getting the deal finalized but Colin made sure much of the work was done prior to my trip to the dealership. As she has so reliably done for our recent new car purchases, Zoe skillfully guided us through the many options available from Audi's broad offering to find the model, trim level and accessories for o purchases, Zoe skillfully guided us through the many options available from Audi's broad offering to find the model, trim level and accessories for our perfect car. Once we had settled on exactly how we wanted our new A4 Sportline configured, she kept us apprised of our car's status as it traveled from the factory to the dealership. When our new vehicle arrived, Zoe led us effortlessly through the purchasing process with sales and finance. We enjoyed working with her and the rest of the Ellis Audi team to buy our A4. Over the years, we have bought a number of new vehicles from Ellis dealerships, including Porsche, Volkswagen and now, Audi. And we have worked with Zoe on many of those acquisitions. We hope to that again with her in the future. More
