Awesome experience This was my first time buying an Infiniti. Kristin Chernik responded to my internet request immediately and scheduled an appointment for me. When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Quinton and the rest is history. He explained every detail of the vehicle and ensured I was happy. When we were getting ready to drive off the lot, he immediately noticed the car did not have any floor mats. He ran in and made sure we had the mats before we left. When I got home, I noticed the car did not have a remote or headphones to accompany the installed DVD player. I emailed Quinton and he assured me he had them waiting for me. When I arrived to pick up the remote and headphones, I explained that I received a low-key battery message. I was immediately given a new battery for my key fob. I left the dealership with a remote, a new battery for my key fob and new headphones! Customer service at it's best! More
