The best Sales Rep I’ve dealt with at a car dealership! Réal was very responsive and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Helped me get into the truck I wanted, were pretty professional for most of the deal but I forgot to get my personal keys back from the sales guy Real(were attached to my car keys from trade in) so I professional for most of the deal but I forgot to get my personal keys back from the sales guy Real(were attached to my car keys from trade in) so I had to drive back down the next day for them. We had agreed on a rough time to meet and once there he wasn’t in the office and non responsive to me or any of his coworkers trying to get a hold of him. Wasn’t until a sales manager called him that he told them where my keys were, only to find out they misplaced half of my keys. I had missing keys and keychains! I was told that’s all they had and there was nothing they could do. Very unprofessional for them to lose my keys. All in all at least the deal wasn’t a headache but I never thought I’d get my keys lost. More
