From the very start with Mira, on the internet, it has been a very satisfying experience! She was professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. Matt referred us to Rich who walked us through every major detail including tracking down the exact car we wanted with a little help from his cubicle neighbor. Obviously, the staff at Sullivan is a complete team!
